What we collect, why we collect it, and how to get it removed.

Who we are

VyFans sells dietary supplements direct to customers in the United States. If you have any question about this policy or about data we hold, email support@onlyvyfans.com.

What we collect

  • Your name, email address, delivery address and phone number when you place an order.
  • Your email address if you join the mailing list.
  • The name, email, subject and message you send through the contact form.
  • Standard technical information such as a hashed form of your IP address, used for rate limiting and fraud prevention.

We do not collect or store card numbers. Payments are processed by Stripe on their own systems; we only ever see the last four digits and the result of the transaction.

Why we use it

  • To take payment for, pack and deliver your order.
  • To send you order confirmations and delivery tracking.
  • To answer your questions when you contact us.
  • To send marketing email, but only if you asked for it.
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary, and only with companies that help us run the shop: Stripe for payment processing, and our shipping carrier for delivery. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. Mailing-list entries are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact-form messages are kept for two years.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@onlyvyfans.com and we will respond within 30 days. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Cookies

This site uses browser storage for two things only: remembering that you confirmed you are over 18, and remembering what is in your bag. Neither is used for advertising or shared with anyone.

Children

This product is not for sale to anyone under 18 and this site is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
